Rosalind Franklin University Earns $9.8 Million in Funding For Research

Three researchers at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science have been awarded $9.8 million in funding from the National Institutes of Health for groundbreaking projects in brain function, cancer, and parasitic infections.

The recipients, Dr. Jeremy Amiel Rosenkranz, Dr. Rahul Vijay, and Dr. Weihang “Valerie” Chai, will use the grants to advance their work in areas such as amygdala plasticity, immune mechanisms in malaria, and genome stability in cancer and rare genetic disorders.
