The 2021 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) is an action‐oriented, five‐year economic development strategy that builds on existing efforts and spotlights what’s needed to achieve economic prosperity in Lake County.

A draft of the Lake County CEDS is now available for public review. We welcome your comments, which can be submitted via email
or in writing through Friday, February 11, 2022. Please submit comments in one of three ways:

The Steering Committee members represent leaders across industries – advanced manufacturing, education, healthcare, government, nonprofit and more. Through collaboration, the Steering Committee will develop a strategy-driven plan for regional economic development. A CEDS is the result of a regionally-owned planning process designed to build capacity and guide the economic prosperity and resiliency of an area or region.
