CEDS
Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Guides Lake County Business Direction

Lake County Partners has convened business, education, workforce development and civic leaders to collaboratively align economic priorities across the region. The 2021 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) is an action‐oriented, five‐year economic development strategy that builds on existing efforts and spotlights what’s needed to achieve economic prosperity in Lake County.

STEERING COMMITEE

The Steering Committee members represent leaders across industries – advanced manufacturing, education, healthcare, government, nonprofit and more. Through collaboration, the Steering Committee will develop a strategy-driven plan for regional economic development. A CEDS is the result of a regionally-owned planning process designed to build capacity and guide the economic prosperity and resiliency of an area or region.
