Midwest Industrial Funds anticipates their new speculative industrial warehouse space will soon be underway at the northeast corner of US Highway 45 and Peterson Roads in Libertyville. This project features two approximately 165,000 SF buildings with the ability to subdivide for one to four tenants. The buildings are customizable to meet business requirements. Given the attractive design, accessibility of the location, workforce proximity, and other neighboring industries, the product is very well-suited for distribution, assembly, life science, technology, or light manufacturing operations. Preliminary development approvals have been received from the Village and the developer is currently in the public process for consideration of final approvals, with the anticipation of commencing earthwork early Spring 2021.
