Naval Station Great Lakes has some exciting news for the commercial real estate development sector – a Request for Interest (RFI) was just posted for potential site development on Navy land. The RFI seeks industry interest in the potential development of four sites at Naval Station Great Lakes. On January 29th, they will be hosting the following in-person Industry Day event to provide a high-level overview of how real estate opportunities are structured with the federal government, outline Naval Station Great Lakes’ objectives, describe the available parcels, and answer questions.
