JLL has announced that Leica and Teradyne have leased the remaining 85,000 sq. ft. of office space at The Reserve in Deer Park. The seven story building at 21440 W. Lake Cook Road was appealing because of its large electrical capacity and modern, in-demand amenities. As part of the deal, seller Continental Automotive Systems leased back a large portion of the building, allowing it to continue occupying 60% of the building through 2027.
