As we jump into the new year, it’s an ideal time to look to the future. LCP spent last year leading a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) process to help build a roadmap for economic development for the next 5 years. The CEDS process convened business, education, workforce development, and civic leaders to collaboratively align priorities and it resulted in an action-oriented, wide-reaching plan that builds on Lake County’s tremendous assets and sets a bold vision for economic prosperity in our county.
