Jon Carson, the founder of City of Highland Park-based Trajectory Energy Partners, says that renewable energy is bringing people to Illinois. He tells the Daily Herald Media Group that the impact of the state’s massive climate bill – the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act or CEJA – has been immediate. Since the law rolled out, he has doubled his company’s size.
