The economic development group World Business Chicago led the unveiling of a unique partnership among the seven counties of northeast Illinois and City of Chicago. Partners pledged cooperation, commitment to economic development, business attraction, talent development/attraction and the maintenance of the region’s high quality of life. The effort has a goal of recording 150 pro-Chicagoland decisions by private companies over the next three years.
