The Village of Lake Zurich, Illinois is supporting the growth of long-time manufacturer JGS with a $626,000 incentive toward an $8.5 million expansion. The deal is the first agreement involving a newly created industrial park financing district. JGS is a component of Geremarie, and has been steadily expanding in the village over the last 20 years while employing nearly 250 people.
