Clean Energy Jobs Grow by 5% in Illinois

Clean energy is an important industry in Lake County, as well as in the state of Illinois. Last year, clean energy-related jobs grew by five percent, resulting in 5,000 new jobs in solar panel installation, lithium battery recycling, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure construction and more.
